Daily Log 8/7/09

Pretty tired this morning but it’s the last day of the training week so I got myself up and got it done!

Here’s my day:

Meals

a.m.  – workout

1.  immediately following – syntrax nectar protein drink and a brown rice cake.  after shower – green drink, green tea

2.  vanilla greek yogurt, blueberries, raw walnuts

3.  2 egg white, 1 egg omelet w/roasted zucchini and red onion, feta cheese, a corn on the cobb, watermelon, green tea

4.  serving of Mrs May’s nut berry crunch

5.  cabrese salad, fresh mozzarella, tomato, fresh basil, EVOO and balsamic vinegar

6. 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, blueberries, nut and seed crunch + sesame crunch

 

Workout – New Rules of Lifting for Women, Phase 2, workout B

all 2×10

wide grip deadlift from box – 70, 80

alternating bulgarian split squat 30, 40 and underhand lat pulldown 70, 75

alternating reverse lunge from box w/forward reach 15, 15 and db prone cuban snatch 5, 8

alternating swiss ball crunch, reverse crunch, lateral flexion

prone cobra holds for 60 seconds

Tomorrow is my day off!  We have a birthday party to go to.  My goal is to keep the eating under control and skip dessert!
