I still have a touch of something and of course DOMS from hell so no workout today.
Here’s the day’s food:
1. green drink, organic coffee w/organic whole milk
2. 1 cup plain kefir w/scoop Miracle Reds, cashews
3. shrimp fajitas – shrimp and raw veggie salsa on whole wheat tortilla
4. strawberries, almonds
5. spicy 2 bean chipotle chili over white rice
6. plain greek yogurt, blueberries, raw walnuts, squeeze of honey, nut and seed crunch bar
Tomorrow I shall attempt to do New Rules of Lifting for Women. I’m in my last week of Phase 4!
