Training for Week 10/25 – 10/31/09

This week was a great training week.  The diet has been about 90% though.  After the cake I’m having at my son’s birthday party tomorrow, I’m back to 100% compliance. 

Here’s my week:

Sunday, 10/25 – Kettlebell practice – 16kg swings, 5 minutes 8kg TGUs, 15:15 8kg snatches, c&p

Monday, 10/26 – Treadmill sprints – NROL4W protocol 1 minute w/2 minute rest for 12 minutes.  Chin ups 3×4.

Tuesday, 10/27 – New Rules of Lifting for Women, Phase 5, workout A.  New PR for “the matrix” 2:52.  Yowza!

Wednesday, 10/28 – Kettlebell practice – 16kg swings, 5 minutes 8kg TGUs, 1 left and right 12kg snatch, then 15:15 for 6 rounds snatches with 8kg until I ripped a callous.  Damn! 

Thursday, 10/29 – Treadmill sprints.  NROL4W protocol for 12 minutes.  3×4 chin ups.

Friday,  10/30 – New Rules of Lifting for Women, Phase 5, workout B

Saturday, 10/31 – OFF

Next week is the last week for Phase 5.  Two more phases left!
