Training Week 1/10 – 1/16/10

I can’t believe that New Rules of Lifting for Women is a thing of the past!  I think I’m going to take a week or two off of a formal workout schedule and just do a bunch of different things.  I’ve got a new TRX I want to incorporate into the mix.  Here’s my week:

Sunday, 1/10 – OFF

Monday, 1/11 – 12 minutes sprints (30 second intervals @ 10.8 mph ), 7 chin ups and 2 (20 second) negatives

Tuesday, 1/12 – New Rules of Lifting for Women, Phase 7, workout 5.  Forgot to record the time but it was about 30 minutes.

Wednesday, 1/13 – 45 minute spin class

Thursday, 1/14 – kettlebell practice. Swings – four 1 minute sets.  Snatches – 40 (10kg) in 3 minutes.

Friday, 1/15 – New Rules of Lifting for Women, Phase 7, workout 6.  The FINAL workout!!!!  Time was 31 minutes.

Saturday, 1/16 – OFF
