Training Week 2/7 – 2/13/10

Another great week.  Making slow and steady progress with my pressing. 

Here’s it is:

Sunday, 2/7 – OFF

Monday, 2/8 – 8kg clean, press, pull ladders.  5 ladders, 5 rungs.  150 presses total.  Then 160 swings in sets of 20 with 10 seconds rest.  Time 44:42.

Tuesday, 2/9 – 45 minute spin class

Wednesday, 2/10 – Deadlift 4×2, superset 2×8 TRX push up and split squat rear foot elevated, superset 2×6 barbell row and TRX suspended pendulums.  Finish with 3 sets of 12 squat jumps, 20 swings, 12 lunge jumps w/1 minute rest between sets.  Time 30 minutes.

Thursday, 2/11 – 10kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs.  Managed 23 (10kg) presses before I had to switch to 13 (8kg) to finish out.  Total presses 36.  Then 40 snatches in 2 minutes and 125 swings in 5 minutes.  Time 27:26.

Friday, 2/12 – OFF

Saturday, 2/13 – OFF

I needed a little extra rest this week.  It happens.  Until next week friends, train hard.  🙂
