I am catching up on my training log after not posting for over a week, then going on vacation.

Monday, 5/17 – kettlebell practice – 12kg clean and press, goblet squats, swings.

Tuesday, 5/18 – kettelbell practice – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs, 5 minutes of TGUs, then 10 minutes swings and jump rope.  Time 32 mins.

Wednesday, 5/19 – kettlebell practice – same as Monday but did some TGUs also.

Thursday, 5/20 – OFF

Friday, 5/21 – 15 minutes of this circuit:  1 (10kg) TGU, 1 chin up, 20 (20kg) swings, 15 seconds rest

Saturday, 5/22 – kettlebell practice – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs.  10 minutes of this circuit:  10 jump squats, 10 (20kg) swings, 10 skips rope, 10 secs rest.  11 rounds completed.  Time: 27 minutes.

Sunday, 5/23 – OFF

Monday, 5/24 – Spin class in the morning, then some kettlebell practice and run intervals later in the day.

Tuesday, 5/25 – kettlebell practice – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs.  Then 7 minutes of alternating 10 (20kg) swings and 20 skips rope.  9 rounds completed.  Time 24:28.

Wednesday, 5/25 thru Sunday, 5/30 – OFF for vacation but did lots of walking around.

Next week, going to just get back into the grove.  Running and kettlebells are definitely on the agenda.
