Training Week 6/13 – 6/19/10

I took a few extra days off this week because my schedule was all over the place and I knew I was going to be out late on Friday night and wouldn’t get Saturday’s workout in. Here’s my week:
Sunday, 6/13 – OFF
Monday, 6/14 – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders. 3 ladders, 3 rungs, followed by 4 rounds of this circuit: 10 walking lunges, 10 lunge jumps, 20 skips rope, 20 (20kg) swings, 1 minute rest.
Tuesday, 6/15 – Sprints and stairs at the local high school track. 30 minutes total time with warm up/cool down.
Wedneseday, 6/16 – barbell squat, alternating sets of TRX push ups and bulgarian split squats, alternating sets of TRX inverted rows and 12kg clean, squat, push press. Finished with 5 rounds this circuit: 10 jump squats, 10 swings, 10 skips rope, 20 secs rest.
Thursday, 6/17 – OFF
Friday, 6/18 – 1 hour spin class
Saturday, 6/19 – OFF
Next week should be back to a more regular schedule. I am going to continue with sprints in my VFFs 1 – 2x per week, spin 1x per week, kettlebell/traditional lifts on the other days, and 1 day off per week.
