Training Week 6/27 – 7/3/10

Somehow I made it through this week!  I’ve been needing a rest for some time now, and I am finally going to take it! 

Here’s my week:

Sunday, 6/27 – 20 minutes of: 2 deadlifts, 1 TGU, 20 swings, 25 seconds rest.  Did 10 rounds.

Monday, 6/28 – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs, then 5 rounds of 20 skips rope, 5 TRX atomic pushups, 30 seconds rest.  Time: 24 minutes.

Tuesday, 6/29 – Track sprints and stairs in Vibram Five Fingers.  Including warm up/cool down – 30 mins total.

Wednesday, 6/30 – barbell squats, alternating TRX push ups and bulgarian split squats, alternating TRX inverted rows and kettlebell clean, squat, push press.  Finished with 10 jump squats, 10 swings, 10 skips rope, 20 seconds rest.  Time – 28:25.

Thursday, 7/1 – OFF

Friday, 7/2 – OFF (major soreness, see Wednesday’s workout)

Saturday, 7/3 – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs.  10 rounds of this circuit: 10 swings, 15 skips rope, 20 seconds rest.  Time – 28 minutes.

I am looking forward to sleeping in, eating well, and coming back stronger!  Until next week friends, train hard!  🙂
