Training Week 7/25 – 7/31/10

Great week!  My neck finally got better so pressing was back in the mix.  Still having issues with my right foot so spinning was my main source of cardio.

Here’s my week:

Sunday, 7/25 – OFF

Monday, 7/26 – 1 hour spin class

Tuesday, 7/27 – 20 minutes this circuit:  1 (12kg) TGU, 5 TRX chest presses, 10 (20kg) swings, 20 secs rest.  9 rounds plus 20 swings completed.

Wednesday, 7/28 – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders.  3 ladders, 3 rungs.  Sets of 20, alternating single arm 16kg swings, with 20kg 2 hand swings.  23 minutes total.

Thursday, 7/29 – OFF

Friday, 7/30 – 1 hour spin class

Saturday, 7/31 – 12kg clean, push press, pull ladders.  5 ladders, 3 rungs.  10 rounds of 15:15 20kg swings averaging 10 swings per working set.  31 minutes total.

I will continue with spin and see if my foot feels any better.
