Training Week 8/1 – 8/7/10

Another week gone by!  Here’s the details:

Sunday, 8/1 – deadlifts, alternating incline bench press and goblet squat, alternating wide lat pulldown and TGU.  5 rounds of 15:15 20kg swings.  Time 26:18.

Monday, 8/2 – 1 hour spin class

Tuesday, 8/3 – 12kg clean, press, pull ladders 3 ladders, 3 rungs.  5 rounds this circuit: 4 snatches, 10 swings, 20 seconds rest.  Time 23 minutes.

Wednesday, 8/4 – 20 minutes this circuit:  1 (12kg) TGU, 3 TRX chest press, 10 (20kg) swings, 20 seconds rest.  10 rounds done.

Thursday, 8/5 – OFF

Friday, 8/6 – 12kg clean, push press, pull ladders.  5 ladders, 3 rungs.  6 rounds of 15:15 20kg swings.  Time 28 minutes.

Saturday, 8/7 – OFF

The schedule was switched around a bit because of some social obligations, but still managed a solid week.  I’m hoping to add some running back into the routine next week.  We’ll see how it goes!
