Training Weeks 8/15 – 8/28/10

This is a 2 week training post because, well, there isn’t much to report.  My slacking streak continues.  Not to fear though, the promise of school starting and a regular schedule for us as a family will make it much easier for me to just do it!  I am also in the process of making other life changes so be prepared.  I’ll be writing a post about that very soon.

Here’s my last 2 weeks:

Sunday, 8/15 – OFF

Monday, 8/16 – Squats, push ups, seated rows, step ups, prone jacknife.  Time 23 minutes.

Tuesday, 8/17 – 20 minutes this circuit: 1 TGU, 20 swings, 25 seconds rest.  10 rounds.

Wednesday, 8/18 – Friday, 8/20 – OFF

Saturday, 8/21 – Deadlifts, db shoulder press, wide lat pulldown, lunges, swiss ball crunches.  Time 19:15. 10 rounds of 15:15 swings for total time of 25:45.

Sunday, 8/22 – 1 TGU, 10 (20kg) swings, 20 seconds rest x6, then 4 (16kg) cleans, 20 skips rope, 20 seconds rest x8.

Monday, 8/23 – Tuesday, 8/24 – OFF

Wednesday, 8/25 – Squats, push ups, seated rows, step ups, prone jackknife.  Time 20 minutes.

Thursday, 8/26 – OFF

Friday, 8/27 – 1 hour spin class

Saturday, 8/28 – Deadlifts, db shoulder press, wide lat pulldown, lunges, swiss ball crunches. Time 18 minutes.

I will be taking a meditation workshop tomorrow and I’ll do a recap post for anyone that is considering it.
