I love food and I love trying new things. I eat a variety of different foods which includes plenty of fresh organic fruits and vegetables, organic free range chicken, grass fed meats, and wild salmon and other seafood. I stay away from dairy products and wheat because they aggravate my allergies. For more background and information on this, check out my previous post about my elimination diet.
The recipes you’ll find on this site are gluten and dairy free and may or may not contain meat. I DO NOT follow a specific way of eating, opting rather to eat clean, whole, unprocessed food that has contributed to me personally staying lean. I love adapting current recipes to make them healthier.
In addition, I have a great collection of cookbooks from Italian to Indian that I like to cook from. Follow along with me as I test original recipes and try out new ones!
